Had an amazing visit all due to our server, Charlie, putting in the extra effort with our family and going the extra mile.
Even my 3 year old commented what a lovely lady she was.
Food was also spot on and everyone was friendly.

We had a voucher for the restaurant and we had never been so we were looking forward to it! Ordered carbonara and Lasagne and both dishes were lovely ! Staff were friendly and service was quick. Recommend this restaurant, Will be be back!

Charlie & Katie were absolutely amazing! It was the day before my daughters birthday and we asked if they could do anything to help celebrate and they made her a wonderful ice cream surprise and sang her happy birthday, she was over the moon! They also accepted some questionable pictures from my children! Genuinely could not fault them at all:) food was absolutely delicious as always and the two girls were so kind and really made an effort with speaking to us and making us feel welcome. Thank you so much Charlie & Katie, you were both truly incredible!

I visited for lunch.
Ordered the set menu for £19.95.All the three items were delicious.
The gnocchi bites were soft cheesy and the jam dip matched it perfectly.The pasta was simple and filling.The tiramisu was dreamy.
Thought that the set menu was covered under 20% BL discount which was not.
Apart from that the service was amazing,the ambience and food was great.

Food was beautiful! Good value for money. Our 4 year old loved the pasta and the garlic bread. Katie was our server and she was fab, really chatty and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the quality of food and service received. I ordered mushroom starter and the sauce was out of this world. Always impressed with pizza as dough tastes so fresh. Our server Katie was so polite and patient and gave fantastic service. I will definitely be returning. Always loved Bella Italia!

Decent Italian food. Nothing particularly "special" but good basic quality. Pasta was cooked well with a nice sauce. Only criticism would be a little more ham and chicken would have been appreciated. Pizza was ok, the base could have been a little crisper.
Service was excellent. Very quick service, just the right amount of attention.
Atmosphere was ok...what you expect from a chain in the middle of a shopping centre.
I'll likely be making a return visit in the future.

Complimentary homemade lemonade on seating - nice, lovely food, and large portions, only downside is huge aircon vents so in some seats it may sound like you’re eating on the A1 - otherwise enjoyable tasty experience

We visited at lunchtime on a Saturday and was able to get a table straight away despite it already being busy so immediately a good start!
It was nice to see there was a set menu available too, even on a weekend!
We opted for the two course option…
I had the mozzarella garlic dough balls and the pepperoni pizza with added mushrooms, chicken and pancetta
My partner also had the dough balls but she went for the spaghetti bolognese as her main.
All of the food was lovely and cooked perfectly - it’s our usual go-to order whenever we visit.

Nice place , love it , coming here for years . Few vegan options. Meatballs (vegan and not vegan) were very nice, Margarita pizza was really good. Chips were fab! Vegan Boloansase was nice. Icecream was good. Vegan cookie dough was nice
