It wasn't as good as I remember but the Sunday dinner was still OK. The lamb was better than the beef. The veg (carrots and brocolli) would be better roasted. The 2 or 3 course deals are decent value and the desserts are really good. The staff are really young and either new or untrained.

Absolutely delicious Sunday lunch, we had roast pork with stuffing & crackling, roast chicken, roast beef, trio of meats, plenty of gravy, turnip, mash, roasties & selection of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots & mange tou & massive Yorkshire pudding! Only one of us could manage a dessert.
Great staff & excellent serviceš highly recommend.

Beautiful meals with huge portions. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and clean. Bit expensive Ā£17.50 for a bottle of wine and Ā£4.20 for a pint of dark fruits but I will defo be back.

We called in on a lovely spring day for lunch and a cool drink. The lounge was not crowded or noisy, the service was quick and pleasant. Some customers had decided to sit outside in the sun and some let their children play on the grass. We will definatley go back again.

Went here for Motherās Day so it was quite busy when we arrived, slight delays in getting seated and taking orders but fully understandable. Roast beef dinner was absolutely spot on, perfectly pink and melt in the mouth. Had chocolate fudge cake for dessert and this was also really nice, a free glass of Prosecco was given to her indoors for Mothers Day which was a nice touch. Would definitely return.

The pub is splitted in a bar and a separate restaurant section, both with plenty of space. Friendly and helpful staff. The food has a decent quality. There is a parking space direct in front/beside the building which makes it easy to come by car. Will come again.

Nice friendly staff, very pleasant surounding and very good food. We went for sunday lunch which I found out is served till 6pm and we were not disappointed.if your a mash potatoes lover, this is available to purchase as a side dish.
