This is a great pub! There is a very good selection of drinks and a welcoming atmosphere, plenty of space and seats, with an open area and some comfy booths. It's a must-visit if you're heading to Low Fell.

Absolutely love the feel, been a while since I've been in but sometimes change is better, can't wait to go back and experience the rum shack, high recommend for midweek drinks and especially the Tuesday for quiz night, it is literally next level!

Good place to watch the football beer always spot on staff helpfull
We recently had my father's after-funeral reception here and every effort was made to make the day special. The manager arranged for a photograph slide show of pictures of our Dad to be shown on a TV in the area where we were sitting. Food was excellent, all of the staff were helpful and sympathetic. All of the efforts the staff went to were greatly appreciated by our family. Thank you.
Good atmosphere on a Saturday night
Very good service from bar staff. Excellent pint of Coors Light £3.20 a pint also some nibbles on the bar including pork pie sausage rolls and crisps. Toilets are immaculate. Shame about the football. But plenty of screens to watch the game.
Short notice of a coach full of Villa faithful turned up and on her own the lady behind the bar was brilliant
The lass behind the bar should get a pay rise. Kept her calm when our coach turned up.
