I visit Bbs in Metrocentre most days. It’s my haven of friendliness. Staff are wonderful, they bother to know my name and make me so welcome. This is so important to someone on their own. I see so many familiar faces who regularly visit too. Nothing is a trouble to the staff. The food is varied

Hello the staff in here are always polite and friendly there iced latte are the best I have ever tasted and there muffins are beautiful it’s the best coffee place in the metro centre toilets are very clean and they have a baby changing mat and facilities.
Lovely coffee shop with such a varied selection of muffins that were really tasty. Staff were also so friendly and helpful, greeted with such a positive attitude which made such a difference! Will definitely be a recommendation for others!

This Ones For All My Vegans And Lactose Intolerant People.. YOU NEED TO COME HERE! They have every kind of milk and can make pretty much anything dairy free, including FRAPES!! Theres always a drink there for me no matter what and it's so nice to have multiple options
Lovely little coffee shop, very friendly and attentive staff. Great selection of sandwiches and the muffins are delicious! Coffee is amazing would highly recommend.
Lovely place to come and have a catch-up with family or friends would fully recommend to anyone looking for somewhere for some food and a drink.
