Bb’s Bakersbaristas

I called in for a cuppa whilst waiting for my husband. Lovely cuppa. The staff were very friendly but a special mention to the young guy with Manager on his shirt. Had wavy hair. His customer service skills are exceptional. He asked every customer if they would like a hand taking their trays to the table. That's every customer. Always had a smile too. Will be going again when visiting the north east.

I’ve been going to Bbs nearly every day for many years , it’s my favourite place to eat and they do the nicest dairy free hot chocolate and lovely muffins too . All the staff are so friendly , it’s lovely as all the staff know my name and they always ask how I’m doing ! I used to take my daughter there before she passed away , she too loved all the delicious freshly made muffins . You get to meet other people who have also become regulars . It’s my go to place to eat and I have also recommended all my friends to go too and my family now go to Bbs as well . Keep up the good service !

I visit Bbs in Metrocentre most days. It’s my haven of friendliness. Staff are wonderful, they bother to know my name and make me so welcome. This is so important to someone on their own. I see so many familiar faces who regularly visit too. Nothing is a trouble to the staff. The food is varied and enjoyable.
