Friendly staff
Had a few questions about some of the drinks which were promptly answered with a lot of knowledge.
I also got a hazelnut hot chocolate which was amazing as always.

I go here regularly and all the staff are really nice and friendly. It feels much nicer in the cafe after their recent renovation too.

Recently refurbished.
Nice layout and open late with option to drive through or sit in. Free car park immediately outside premises with other take out and eat in outlets adjacent. (Krispy Kreme and Tobys )

Lovely drinks, but I think the waiting time if you go inside rather than the drive thru is ridiculous. I haven't given a star for the food as I've never ate in there.

Sat in, very peaceful atmosphere in the morning.
Nice staff, would rather dine in this coffee shop than in main centre.

Myself and my friend stopped by on the drive back home to coventry from morpeth, we were served by coffee master zach on the drive thru and they were so lovely, chatty and happy and really made us smile. a proper credit, thanks for starting off our road trip on such a good note :) xx
