I just wanted to say how amazing customer service was yesterday. I think the employees name was Kore, He was so friendly happy and fun. I was indecisive and he recommended an amazing drink he’s very knowledgeable about his work and so polite. I’m heavily pregnant and little things like telling me about the caffeine in it was really caring of him. By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced

The staff this morning on the drive through intercom and at the window were both lovely and polite individuals. Both were incredibly positive and happy to help, nothing particularly unusual occurred but it was the overall kindness from both members of staff that really shon through and made the entire experience a positive one to start my day 😊

Came in for some coffee and food with my daughter, and although it was busy it didn't stop the amazing workers, all my thanks and praise to the lovely lady Abbie and the gentleman Luke! There was a queue of drinks ahead of me, and unfortunately for the young lady that meant a lot of work for her however, she still gave me the best customer service possible, even wishing me a good day which was ever so thoughtful. The young gentleman Luke served me and was quick and efficient with his service but nevertheless he was effortlessly polite, which is exactly the type of service you'd want at a busy time! I had a wonderful experience here and my food and coffees were divine, I highly recommend this place!
