Why haven't we been here before?! Husband and I went this afternoon, gorgeous mussels, gorgeous cod. The chips are lush. Batter light on cod-no horrible grease. Interior is great, prices are too. Staff are brilliant. Lovely place, so filling, we didn't have tea!!!!

Best F&C's for a while!!! Very good welcome from the staff, helpful with the wheelchair and seating.
The portions are generous, very tasty and well presented. Salad option was unusual but worked well.
The place was spotless.

The food was very good but the poor lady serving was run off her feet. If she was a normal waitress, we would be still in the shop. The waitresses name was.... "Joanne", she was faultless, friendly and very helpful. 10/10.

Lovely food, but also such impressive service. The two ladies serving today,Joanne and Ali, have been absolute whirlwinds, making sure everyone is kept happy even when it's been at its busiest and they were both incredibly friendly and polite. It was a whim to call in, but I am so pleased I did. Some of the best service I've had. Thank you ladies.

Lovely food at a good price, staff are really nice & friendly and working extremely hard. We visited last Saturday for a sit in meal and it was packed but lasses handled it great especially for only having started four days earlier!

Took my mother here for her lunch she thoroughly enjoyed her cod and chips. Portions were big. I had haddock with salad it was good.. The salad was really nice a good mix.
The staff were very friendly.
