After trying various different companies for meal prep, and not being satisfied, protein culture is by far the best meal prep company I’ve ever bought from. I will never go anywhere else!! I fully recommend it to anyone who’s wanting to eat healthy but still have nice tasty meals. I am very satisfied with my orders week by week and couldn’t recommend this enough :)

The meals are amazing, so tasty, it’s helped me loose weight, with my busy life style having fresh and healthy food throughout the day and then ready for me on a night time when I get in from work, has stopped me eating rubbish.
I would certainly recommend protein culture, if you have a busy life and want to maintain a healthy life style without the hassle it’s ideal. It makes life so much easier.

We tried the rump steak with morocan rice, asparagus and green beans.
Was very tasty and the steak was cooked to our liking.
Good value for money as we shared one portion between two and was very filling.
Will be trying
