Went in to Mark's and Spencer today and bought some China. I asked the assistant (Laura B) if she could let us have some packaging to wrap them up. She immediately went to find some bubble wrap and packed it all up securely also showing me how to use my vouchers on the machine.
She is an absolute credit to Mark's and Spencer . Thank you Laura. Margaret and John Turnbull.

Sorry didn’t take gentleman name,but we were shopping in food hall and decided to get a couple of bottles of wine and your member of staff working on that aisle on Tuesday 27th June,about 7.30,he’s knowledge of wines was so impressive but he’s service was a credit to marks and Spencer’s,what a gentleman.

Need to compliment a member of display department staff from menswear. The young lady concerned took time to take us around the menswear dept.and ensure we obtained all the goods we required then took as to the pay station and ensured the goods we required were ordered for delivery. The lady concerned whos name unfortunately we didn’t get, was a credit to the store and herself she was brilliant. Goods arrived all good. Thanks again hope you know who you are.

Came in to the food hall around 18.00pm on the 16th January. I was served by a guy around 25-30ish with dark hair on the checkout. The guy is a credit to your company very friendly and super efficient.

Always a lovely experience, expensive at times but worth it, always clean staff friendly, no ques really most the time, never had bad experience with items from bakery pretzels tiger bread , triple cooked chips, haddock , ketchup, drinks etc always nice and tell the quality.
