Went in to Mark's and Spencer today and bought some China. I asked the assistant (Laura B) if she could let us have some packaging to wrap them up. She immediately went to find some bubble wrap and packed it all up securely also showing me how to use my vouchers on the machine.

Came in to the food hall around 18.00pm on the 16th January. I was served by a guy around 25-30ish with dark hair on the checkout. The guy is a credit to your company very friendly and super efficient.

Always a lovely experience, expensive at times but worth it, always clean staff friendly, no ques really most the time, never had bad experience with items from bakery pretzels tiger bread , triple cooked chips, haddock , ketchup, drinks etc always nice and tell the quality.
The shop is very well presented and the staff give excellent, friendly service
Always enjoy a lil visit here when we can great selection of everything The food hall is great too.
