Went in yesterday at about half three to grab some food on the way to work. Shop was spotless, the sandwich made went down a treat and the female member of staff serving was very bubbly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

The young lad serving is so helpful and friendly. He was dealing with a guy in front who was vegan and was changing gloves and being very careful also warned of nut allergies.

Not my sort of place. But my Grandkids love it, which is why I went in.
The food was half decent, in fact three quarters decent, but lacked amount. It's not enough to fill a hungry belly.
Menu..........varied.
Staff........helpful and knowledgeable.
Food...........well cooked.
Downside.....lack of quantity for the price.

It has good customer service with a wide range of sandwich toppings and serves salad. Love the chocolate chunk cookies the most and go all the time. It's clean and has an accessable toilet.
The app works in this store with free wi-fi.
Definitely coming back here soon.

I work at the premier Inn around the corner so this is a small trek for a lunch treat. However thisis not the only one we reason I choose here. Every time I'm greeted by a team who genuinely care and give great customer service.

I use Subway quite a bit. I tried the team valley branch on Saturday 5/7/19 at 3pm and have to say that the young lad serving was excellent. He was friendly, polite and took a pleasure in his job to deliver a good customer experience. I had a tuna salad which was top quality with all the salad nice and fresh. It was a good portion and couldn’t fault it. If it continues to provide a good product and good service I’ll be back and the business should do well. Keep up the good work.
