Lovely modern pub with a cozy comfortable atmosphere! Alex the owner was really friendly to talk to and I appreciate how they have 1/3 and 2/3 pint options so that people can try beers without having to drink a full pint. Was told that the menu changes and rotates frequently as well so that's cool!

This is my favourite bar I've been to on multiple trips to Newcastle/Gateshead. Excellent beer and wine choice, biggest olives you've ever seen, as a bar snacks, and great atmosphere, looking forward to returning!
So.e great beers on tap. A little pricy and the only serve dome in 2/3s. Im old enough to decide if I can handle a pint thanks.
Lovely to see Axis and Microbus together on this side of the river. Axis is the more mature, slightly more civilised, classier of the Gateshead craft beer siblings but they both have their strengths. They serve good beer to a good crowd. The Noel to Microbus’s Liam.
A great bar! Fresh selection of beer and wine, with a cracking vibe. I always look forward to visiting when in the area.
