Swift service by the entire team. The mgr here was exceptional. My order was error free and very efficient. I managed to get my coffee and catch my train with ease. I used a voucher from Xmas and without even asking the mgr shared a print out of what I’d used and how many beans I had left. Such a good service. Thank you.

It was nice to be able to sit inside and have a coffee after too long. They have upped their game in this places in England the last time I was here a few months ago. The lads behind the counter actually seemed as glad to have people back in as we were to be there. This showed in the welcome and the better speed of service than we have had here in the past. They will need to be a bit careful now, as there are two newcomers in the same street. All are vying for what, I am sure, will be a smaller footfall when Marks and Spencer close heir doors next weekend☹.
