Superb service from start to finish. Room was so clean and you had absolutely everything you would need. Loved the magnifying make up mirror and the soap/shower gel smelt wonderful. Smothered Steak was so tender and beers were cheap. Breakfast was a full English and was yummy. Would definitely stay
Popped in for one drink before going for a meal ..ended up having three then went back after the meal ..lovely pub ,friendly staff and a nice atmosphere..Def call back and sit outside plenty of seating and a real sun spot .... last but not least the pubs handsome Sam gorgeous little fur baby 💕
Lovely local pub , lovely seating areas . Nice ales and if you want something other than generic chain pub the griffin is the place to be .

I havent been in for many years, but I was pleasantly surprised how cosy it is and very friendly. Also the prices are very reasonable too we look forward to visiting again

Way cheaper than the last time I went, maybe because it's now a craft union bar. Standard selection of beers. Good mix of ages

Great place, welcoming, friendly, clean, good selection of drinks for a none alcohol drinking person, owners are Lovely, great staff, beer garden, clean toilets, Quizes, Bingo, you name it. Highly Recommended.
