Placed and order and paid with card over the phone. Took over 90 mins to arrive and when they eventually got here, the driver refused to give us the food and said we needed to pay with cash. We called the restaurant and he tried saying we hadn’t paid. It was only once we got irate that they eventually confirmed we paid with card. Even after all the issues, they didn’t even give us the whole order, forgetting a whole meal.

Really disappointing.
Ordered several vegetarian dishes. Every single one was exactly the same, cheap frozen veg in a bright orange sauce overflowing with potatoes, the coconut dish was a watery orange mess.
Come on Alisha, you can do so much better than this, you used to be our go to restaurant, but we're gonna give you a miss for now.
Get yourself some imagination before you lose all you customers.

Traditional and very tasty Indian food. Check the website for deals!! Service was also good. Edit - 3 years ago i gave the review above, the last time we ordered i was missing a naan bread... fair enough, these things happen. My wife just ordered and it was a chicken tikka masala missing this time. They cant get it to me before the rest of the food is cold and will need reheating. Ruined our take out night.
I like supporting local businesses with my custom but to be honest i wont be using alisha again and i would recommend going to tesco, picking up a cold curry, reheat it all and the have to go back to get a curry you forgot...it will be the same experience but 40 quid cheaper.
When you pay a substantial amount of money for a curry that doesn't turn up it is time to take your money elsewhere.

These clowns just gave one of my freinds food poisoning!! Unfortunately they didnt know about how this restaurant has gone done hill and after a refurbishment and restarting on just eat so they can get rid of the terrible reviews, they are still rubbish!
Who ever the owner is should do the people of medway a favour and close down! Indian food is not what you are good at! Maybe you should get into the biological weapons business because you are actually good at hurting people with your terrible food.

Ordered on line but after 2 hours no food had arrived. When we phoned to check the man we spoke to was rude and unhelpful, accused us of not ordering even though we had a confirmation email and order number. No apology and we were told a replacement order would be a further hour and a half. Now reading other reviews I see this Is not an isolated case. Will not be using sleep Ha again!! So disappointed as we used to eat in there and have been loyal during this difficult time!

Food was an hour late and took 2 hours and 20 minutes from first ordering to arrive, my daughter's order was missed off so had to cook after all that. No effort made to resolve my problems and staff were rude. Would avoid at all costs if your thinking of having a nice takeaway with friends or family because this place will ruin the evening.

Ordered food at 6pm and they told us the food will be delivered at 7:20. At 7:30 we called back as the food didn't arrive and they said in half hour (that would be at 8pm). At 8:10 pm we called them and they said the food will be sent off in half hour (that would be at 8:40). The food arrived at 9:10pm. We still don't know what food it was as non of the dishes tasted like what we ordered but they also didn't taste like any other curry dish we ever tried (and we really have tried them all from Bangladeshi Indian food to Sri Lankan). The dishes were totally tasteless, all vegetables in the dishes were nearly raw including the onions and the carrots. I can honestly say that it was the most substandard Indian food I've ever had in my whole life, with no reservations at all. I am not someone who would try to damage someone's business but these people should not be in there selling food! They are not qualified to have an Indian restaurant in no way at all. It won't cost millions to employ a half-decent chef and get 7-8 nice dishes on the menu. This was just unacceptable beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I literally feel robbed. I would go for ZERO out of Five stars but it wasn't an option...
