First visit and really impressed. The food and service in the cafe was first class with the staff attentive and dressed immaculately. The food hall was neat and tidy with all goods displayed well. The whole shop was a pleasure to visit.

EXCELLENT SERVICE BY LADY JAN FOR FINDING ME THE RIGHT OUTFIT FOR WORK. I am struggling to find the right trouser to fit my FUPA and fed up wearing dresses for work. I bought many trousers from different stores, but nothing fits well and finally JAN suggested trying wide leg elasticated smart trousers. Apart from this, she gave me good advice too, and that is to try different outfits and not to stay stuck in boring dull clothes (wearing all blue today). THANKS JAN!!!!

Everyone in this store today was so helpful friendly and caring. I’ve never had bad service here but today after my 2 nearly 3 year old decided to go on a little adventure I really realised how amazing the staff are at Hempstead.

I had a bra fitting today at M&S Hempstead Valley. This was my first experience of this. The lady that measured me was called Nancy. I just wanted to say Nancy was just lovely, she couldn't be more helpful and understanding of my need's. Would definitely ask for her in the future.

The cafe does very good coffee and food. My only complaint here is the loud noise level of chattering, i wonder how the staff cope with it all day as i find it uncomfortable. I wonder if its to do with the store design as i've not noticed this problem in other Marks cafes. The one at Bluewater is a lot bigger but i don't find it so noisy.

Newly refurbished grocery shopping area is good and has a good selection of items. Very good quality food at a slightly expensive price. The clothes section is good, not always well stocked on all the items you have online, but click and collect facility is really good. Staff is always very friendly and store is very clean and organised. They have a cafe too with good selection of items.
