I am a longtime fan of BIRD, having frequented the Shoreditch branch when that was around, and also the pop-up in Westfield Stratford plenty of times. When the HV branch was announced, I was over the moon.
I ordered a takeaway from BIRD via Deliveroo. The delivery was speedy, the food was delicious and everything was good quality.
I would’ve given 5*, however my extra thigh in the burger was missing. Aside from that minor detail, everything was great.

Went here with my mother and son. Wasn't very busy. It was early afternoon. We sat outside. The staff were lovely. Very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. And especially for the price too. I couldn't believe how much came out for the price. Cooked perfectly. Service was prompt. Would highly recommend BIRD if you like your chicken and lots of delicious flavours. Both juicy & tasty. Just maybe don't wear white clothing cause you got to be willing to get your hands messy from the sauce. 🤤

Kids portions -wow would have done an adult. All our food was the type you wanted to sample and try off others' plates, you know when it looks that tempting?! 😀

Lovely waitress that acknowledged us as soon as we walked in, she was polite and prompt for everything with good timing. The food was tasty, good portions and well presented. However the wings we ordered were drenched in sauce to the point we felt uncomfortable eating them in a public space.. and the mens toilets wasn't working, had no working hand dryer and only had loo roll as a hand drying option.
Apart from these small things it was a nice atmosphere and the food/service was worth visiting again.

Great fresh food and good value for money. We ordered sharing fries, wings and tenders between the two of us and it was more food than we could handle. Everything was delicious including the milkshakes. Lovely friendly service too!

We visit with our family today, and what a great service we had, very attentive staff they were great with my kids. There was two people on the floor a ginger guy and a short black hair girl. Both were great and made our visit even better. Food was soooo tasty, can’t wait to go back.

Really fresh and tasty chicken with plenty of options for all tastes and dietary requirements! Have been a few times now and the service is always top with friendly and attentive staff. Great vibe in the restaurant, comfy seating and good prices for portion sizes. Great to have something new to the area that isn't just another KFC or fast food joint :)

Had lunch with my family which was excellent. Food and Milkshakes were really delicious. Great deal £12 for any burger, fries and a milkshake. Staff were friendly and helpful.Will definitely come back.
