Nice food hall, very spacious. Food itself is good, staff are polite and respectful and service is good.
Only problem is that it can get busy, a few times when we in there, they had to stop people coming in, when it gets very busy. When someone leaves, they let in the person who was in the front of the queue, and sometimes it can take ages to wait. I recommend coming on a quiet day, when the queuing is quiet.

At the end of the day, we all, the customers wish to end the day in a very nice atmosphere. We'll, I found Lowen in IKEA restaurant who welcomed me with a professional smile and very helpful with my requests. The cashier was friendly as well and the professional attitude and the smile made my day. I will always be grateful for the professional attitude where the professional smile is included when you deal with customers. My satisfaction reached the peak and I wish that all the staff should do the same.

Cheap and cheerful. Good customer service. Menu changed a bit since my last visit, seems to be more vegetarian options now and pretty much all drinks are sugar free only.

Due to Covid the Cafe has changed slightly, less tables but after being shown to table you pick what you want, then one person goes to till to order. Food and drinks are brought to your table. Works very well, all staff work very well polite and know what to do 👍🏻 no problems 👍🏻

Clean big airy restaurant with a decent selection of meals, desserts and drinks. Love the free ☕ and recycling of the ground coffee into mulch to take home for your plants - absolutely free. Great for all the family especially those with youngster's.

Very nice atmosphere, very busy but still lots of seating areas available. Food and drink is very reasonably priced, the meatballs are definitely the best. You can't use the family card at the weekend.

Nice cafe. Great food. Great value. Can get busy at peak times. The food served here is really good value, particularly the meatballs which are extremely tasty. They also sell them in the food shop. If you are an IKEA Family Member you can get free Tea or Coffee on weekdays. Lots of seating. Very light.

First time trying veggie balls! Really tasty served with their veggie hash (bubble and squeak). New madeover restaurant is pleasant and spacious. No excuse to not clear your table as there's a funky conveyor belt that magical everything away! Great fun for the kids. Definitely go back.

Very busy but that reflects the popularity of the food! Lots of seating. If I were nitpicking, I'd say it takes a long time to queue at any time of day, because t worst around lunchtime. Nice breakfast deals, generally very clean, good coffee.
