Taco Bell

This place is a joke. I ordered food for myself and my kids, and the food was cold, premade, the cheese quesadilla was so cold the teaspoon of shredded cheese they put on it was still formed like it just came out of the fridge. There is no excuse for this. All the food was cold, sour and we had to throw it away. I want my money back!! The item in the picture was over $5 RIDICULOUS

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I waited so long for my order, I asked how much longer due to the 30 minutes I’ve been standing there. They told me “I had to wait because of drive-thru” and continued to put other front line orders in front of me. I asked again, and they got mean with me about it, and said they had no idea what I was talking about with my order. I contacted the manager and she refused to speak about it, and told me I was rude. I was as nice as I could be, and they refused to give any help. I made sure to contact the Taco Bell hotline to report, and will be making more complaints to higher up management for the disrespect I received. Backline workers were not using gloves, and touching lettuce with their bare hands without washing them, and I’ve seen this happen multiple times. Coming to front line and touching cash and registers and then putting their unwashed hands on food. It was nasty, and WILL not be coming back.

Tacos I got today were literally DRIPPING with grease. There was so much it was leaking out of the wrapper and poured all down the front of my shirt and jeans, which was odd because there was very little meat on the tacos. Definitely well below normal portions of meat. The Sierra Mist drink tasted exactly like the plastic cup it was in. Nobody could eat any of it so it got thrown straight out the window. Don't worry, we didn't throw the wrappers or cups out because we don't litter, but the food went. We were in a hurry so we couldn't go back, and had to go hungry. Someone needs to step in and do something because as it stands right now this Taco Bell needs to be shut down. Don't waste your money here or risk getting sick. Worst tacos I've ever had.

I’ve eaten here for over a decade and though there have been ups and downs, lately it’s been a full nosedive into horrible. Extremely disappointed in what was at one time one of my favorite places to eat. Slow service is one thing. No one likes it, but it’s generally forgiven if an order is correct. Lately, every order has had something missing or food with very little ingredients or missing ingredients, far less than what anyone would willingly pay for. I also found clear plastic bag corner with a sticker tag attached in my nacho cheese. Worse, last drive through experience, multiple workers were yelling and arguing while preparing food while my family and I sat there after paying. Extremely unprofessional. Then something was missing so I went to the inside rather than wait in line only to find the door locked despite huge banners saying inside was now open. I’m not sure what is going on, but it needs to be handled. This photo is of my powerbowl, yet another missing ingredients or volume and just thrown together haphazardly.

The food is undistinguished, typical of what you'd expect from a fast food establishment. Nothing that I'd call outstandish about them. Most certainly NOT authentic Mexican cuisine, but could be construed as a somewhat mediocre and rather bland tasting fair quality meal. Like everything else their prices have gone up & the level of service has declined. I bought 6 supreme tacos; those bad boys cost me $13.74!! This was on 4-5-22. The receipt now includes a surcharge column that says "same car" and another surcharge column that says "condiments". Guess what?!! Bet they're planning to start charging hefty little surcharges for those items too.👿 A rotten shame that they want to start charging more for the same lackadaisical service plus the mediocre quality food.👺
