Had a sledging party for my daughters birthday at snow factor and then a party in Bar Varia they were extremely helpful and friendly staff and even gave us extra time to set up the table. They situated us right next to the play area which was an awesome idea. The food was excellent and the kids had an amazing time 10/10 thanks guys :)

Absolutely fantastic wee place, was in today (Wednesday) having a well deserved tea and maybe a cake! as I watched my kids go sledging in Snow Factor. The guys were so lovely, enjoyed a good wee chat with them. The menu appeared a bit pricey on first glance however I didn't order any food so can't comment how it tasted. Tonight it was friendly, welcoming, tidy and great staff. What more can you ask for?

Stopped in for a coffee and a traybake and a quick meeting with a colleague. Good spot with a nice view of the slope. I wanted to go snowboarding afterwards but time did not allow.

Excellent bar / cafe / bistro for those of us who like to keep our limbs intact at the ski slope within Soar at Braehead and you can watch the shenanigans happening on the indoor piste. I am not sure whether the bar is meant to be alpine or German themed as it seemed to me. The beers looked German although I didn't get to slake that thirst, soft drinks only I'm afraid. No complaints on the service or prices

Went there last night with my girlfriend, very friendly and helpful staff, fair priced drink and a good variety on the food menu. If you are going to the Ice bar I would recommend taking the VIP package. Blair at the ice bar was outstanding get the boy a promotion

What a brilliant place. My daughter and I took my two grandchildren ( age 5 and 4 ) there for a coffee and juice. We were welcomed by Adi who was very friendly and efficient. He pointed us in the direction of the soft play for the children and we signed them in and they were given a wristband and went off to play while we had our coffee. We decided to stay for lunch and the menu was good. Their children’s menu was really good. We will definitely return. A extra special mention about Adi who was absolutely superb. He asked the children to come and make their own ice creams ( which they loved) and made sure everyone was having an excellent time. 5 stars for Adi

Extensive selection of bottled and draught German beer at a reasonable price! There is an array of traditional-style German food, all really good. Very friendly and welcoming staff with good chat. There is a well-run quiz every Tuesday with a cash prize. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves German beer/food.

Great selection of food - I recommend the German sausages. There are a couple of choices of non-alcoholic beers and great views of the indoor ski slope.
