A quiet and lovely place to feed yourself, soup of the day was appetising, I literally didn’t remember to take a pic until I drank it all..

Never been before. Nice small restaurant, lovely atmosphere. Only two front of house staff who were both brilliant. Excellent service. Great scallop starters. Fab steak. Deserts a little bit disappointing. Would definitely go again.

What a fantastic place! Food was amazing, staff attentive and friendly. The decor is beautiful, fantastic paintings by a local artist. Will definitely be back

Walk-in at around 17:45. Friendly staff. Ordered three 3-course dinner sets. Nice crispy skin sea brass and solmon. Posset and pudding were good.

Varied but not excessively large menu. Great service and reasonably priced.
A very pleasant and enjoyable evening and the food was great.
30th wedding anniversary meal and treated very well and made to feel special and welcome. An unexpected treat and we'll remember it for a long, long time. Lovely people

Top notch dining experience - went with a voucher for two main courses. We had the chicken and haggis and also mushroom risotto - both were excellent, cooked fresh to order, chicken melted in mouth and risotto full of flavour, the vegetables were also tasty and cooked just right. We added dessert and again the coffee pana cotta and chocolate ganache were both tremendous and finished off with nice coffee and tablet. Staff and service were excellent and the overall atmosphere in the restaurant was terrific - a Tuesday early evening with not a seat to be had says it all really. Not the cheapest of places but not too expensive either for a quality meal and highly recommended.
