It was absolutely brilliant here, we attended the church section of the venue to watch a pole dancing/cabaret/comedy/drag show hosted by so many skilled dancers and artists, though it is a bit cramped for a bigger gig, it was gorgeous and lends well to artistic lighting and showmanship.
The food in the bar was delicious and would recommend the chicken wings in a heartbeat. Though I must say I was disappointed when they ran out two seperate beers at 6 pm in the evening...the other beer offered was epic, though, so it evened out 🙌😊
Stunning and tasty place for a chill evening...surrounded by the Barras and older Glasgow cultures, you can't beat it.
We popped in for diner and it was quite nice:) I really liked the music and the vibe of the place. The food was good and staff were very friendly. We had to wait a little bit to get our orders taken but I think that was us just walking in and not waiting to be seated.
There’s also an outside sitting area which looks like a great place for a pint.
Can't comment on food as we didn't eat in! Gutted cos everything looked & smelled amazing! Cool wee venue for smaller music gigs - ideal for people who don't like huge crowds. Bar staff were great & drinks were very reasonably priced
We were at Saint lukes for the black stone cherry gig last Friday. I was on the disabled access list and the staff got us in and seated really quick and were super friendly and helpful for the entire evening. The venue itself is small and cosy, it reminded me of ulster hall in Belfast. I would definitely return for another gig. We did go into the restaurant/bar for a quick pint before the show and even though it was absolutely heaving with people the staff couldn't have been nicer and the service was quite quick. Overall a pleasant experience.
Had a lovely time here before a gig. Enjoyed a great burger, waffle and special rum cask ale. Great decor and an authentic alternative atmosphere. Shout out to James who was a great server with good recomendations.
First time visit for my sons gig 😊
Great atmosphere, good layout in the restaurant.
Good wee night all in 🥰
Enjoyed the outdoor garden and dog friendly .
I previously misunderstood the " ⭐️" rating so back to confirm.
Great gig venue. They could do with more bar staff for busy gigs though. You know how many tickets are sold, staff it appropriately please. 20 mins in a queue to get a beer when we first arrived.
Decent venue. Haven’t had food here but love it for a gig. Drinks are decent and the venue is nice. Good sound, no a/c for summer gigs but for winter it’s brilliant without being too warm. Lovely acoustics
food was lovely, i had the southern fry day fish burger and it was beautiful. we also tried the ribs which were a delight and the side if mac and cheese. lovely bar too and nice atmosphere. will definitely be back, highly recommend
Not only one of the best gig venues in Scotland but the best place to have your wedding.
Got married here on 6th April 2023. Staff were amazing and the venue looked stunning for our wedding day. What a party we had, the band and great PA system kept the dance floor full all night.
