Me and my partner went in for a quick lunch as we had to catch a bus after, customer service was quick and extremely friendly and inviting, our drinks and food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering, I highly recommend this place would come again on a day out, we payed 31 pound for two pints of cola, pizza and a lasagna prices very fair in my opinion

Absolutely perfect! Me and my boyfriend went for our 1 year anniversary no booking as this was very last minute. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, i was already stressed about missing my train but the staff being so friendly actually calmed me down and the food came out so quick and was very delicious so we had plenty of time to eat and be at the train station on time. Would definitely come again!

First visit. Not the most attractive exterior but once inside, you will immediately forget that.Inside is a welcoming, comfortable, old trattoria style feel with nice intimate booths perfect for friendly conversation while dining. No blaring loud music here. In the bar area there is acoustic live music at weekends. The staff are very efficient, friendly and attentive. The real jewel is the food. Typically italian, as it should be. Excellent presentation and quality and tastes as good as it looks. We enjoyed various starters don't miss Potato and Chorizo hotpot which was very tasty. We then had Pizza Salami, chicken escalope Milanese and pasta arrabiata with garlic bread. All delicious Portions are generous, so no dessert. Just coffee to finish off an excellent dining experience. Special two course menu for £12.95 is available on weekdays 12- 4pm.

Booked the private room for a smallish wedding 40+ guests. Nuncio, Anna, and every single one of the staff made it so easy for us. They could not do enough. Real old style Italian hospitality. The food as usual was excellent. Always 5 stars. I would recommend this Mediterraneo in a heartbeat for everything from a simple romantic meal to a small conference in the private area. Thank you everyone for making a special occasion very special. ❤️

City centre restaurant that's a family favourite. Always a good atmosphere on Saturdays and service very quick, friendly and efficient. Thanks to Antonio for taking care of us. Meal choices are vast and should suit every palate. We had mains only - Spanish rice and veal milanese. Delicious. Drinks and cocktails always add to your enjoyment. Sat at window seat next to the busy street to enjoy our other pastime- people watching! No hesitation to recommend this lovely place.

My husband & I booked a table at this restaurant, first time for both of us. We had a great experience!! We chose the 2 course £14.95 option. I chose the lasagne which was the best I have ever tasted in my life!! My husband had the sausage & beef meatballs, he was equally delighted with his food. The service, staff & the whole experience was faultless. We will definitely be back!!
