We attended for a big and important family birthday meal. 29 covers, the service was second to none, we all got our food at the same time, the waiting staff were most attentive to everyone's needs. The food was excellent not a single complaint. The restaurant couldn't have done better. A very big thank you to you all.
I didn't know about this place until I had our postgraduate's christmas dinner in here and what a discovery!
It is such a lovely place, with qualified staff and the food.. Wow. Our deal included three courses and, even though it was a bit pricey, it was one of the best italian meals I have had in a while. I choe pretty simple dishes, which were all cooked to perfection, and of course I had to try a bit of every other dish my friends ordered.
Everything was brilliant, the portions were super generous and we had an amazing time. I definitely wouldn't mind returning to try some more amazing food.
Took a while but didn't order ahead so can't mark them down too much for that. Ordered a pizza and pasta to share with one other and was pleased with the goods, quality prosciutto and parma ham with not too much cheese and a nice thin doughy base.
Lovely food, Eleanor is always friendly and helpful. Nice that they do ice cream now, my waistline doesn't like it so much 😁
