Located at the top of the Princess Square center, one of the most beautiful buildings in Glasgow, inside and outside, just look at the wall!
Really good food, salmon, hummus, soups, chicken paté amazing, and variety of sandwiches!
Service is really nice and you will have a great view from the top to the mall!
Really cosy and great to spend a nice meal!
Came here for a spot of breakfast and they didn't disappoint... friendly service, good menu selection and reasonably priced. Went for the full Scottish breakfast and it was excellent and well presented. Coffee was also first class, in fact, had seconds. Serves lunch also but evening meals are Friday and Saturday only, however, will be paying a visit as the dinner menu is appetising.
Afternoon Tea at the Cranachan is excellent, been here several times now and never been disappointed. Great selection of sandwiches to choose from and delicious cakes and scones. Nice helpful staff too. Would highly recommend 👌
Soup and half a sandwich around 11. Lentil soup was delicious. Service fast and friendly.
A nice spacious cafe with good space for the toddlers who were in with their families to have their high chairs. A leisurely brunch, with plenty of choice on menu. Home baking is delicious, I highly recommend.
Nice afternoon tea experience in town! The three tier stand comes with super tasty sandwiches, fresh scones, cakes and tea fancies. Lovely coffee! The atmosphere is lovely especially sitting "out" in the indoor terrace at the top floor of the beautiful Princes Square. Service was attentive and friendly!
Visited for high tea. Food was tasty and well presented. Pricing was fair for quality and experience. I liked the seating in the lobby area. It felt open and felt like I was seated outdoors sans the cons of outdoor seating.

Lovely place in princess square.
The cake and the scones are perfect. I will willing to try different stuff next time. And the staff are friendly too.
2nd floor of Princes Square, access via escalator (there's even one direct from the street), elevator or staircase. I had reserved online which was a breeze and we were shown to a table on the terrace- inside looked good as well though, that's where the toilets are. A polite waitress took our order pretty quickly, and when we both ordered soup and sandwich suggested a half and half option which dropped out the bread from the soup course and half of the sandwich. This did still fill us up and didn't leave us stuffed, but not sure on the value side though. With a diet Coke (£3.50) and a pot of loose leaf breakfast tea (£3.05) it came to £25.75. I think this was OK and would return: they were beginning to serve afternoon tea as we left and that looked good too.
Great service, food arrived quick, amazing atmosphere sitting out in the open with the glass ceiling high above.
I can highly recommend the advacado and poached egg on toast.
Fair prices too.
