Looking for somewhere to have lunch and stumbled across Lucky 7. What a find! Food is delicious, price is reasonable and choices/menu is unique. Fast and friendly service. The atmosphere is unique due to the interior and I loved every bit of it. You get the feel of the place after your first visit and its definitely on a return and loyal list. Ever around in Glasgow, you should go in just to experience the uniqueness if nothing else.
I have had food here 3 times in the past couple of months each time seems better than the last. The service is fine but the food is some of the best I've tasted in a while. The specials seem to change regularly I had a duck and venison dish and a cheese cake after both were amazing and cheap. Very much looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!!
AMAZING!. I love love love this place! It's soo homely, great food, and great service - didn't expect it for something so cheap! Great value all round, this place is a must for REAL food
Amazing!. The review below doesn't cut it for me. This place hits all the buttons, the staff have always been great, the food exceptional especially for the prices - £4 for all lunches?? I got a steak for £7 at dinner time it was brilliant! The first time i went i new i would be back straight away and it has never failed to impress except exceed expectations! This must be the most underated bar on Bath street!
Great!. Seem to just keep going back to this place. Great location, brilliant food, and lovely staff. Cant fault it for a quick, cheap eat.
Unexpectedly good!. Excellent little place. You walk in to a converted townhouse and it's kitted out in random kitsch collectables and Old Western themed furniture. Brilliant and not what you expect.
They do a really good Lunch time special, where me and a friend both had the chicken burger, which came as a fillet in a Rosemary seasoned toasted bun and a portion of the best homecut/made chips i've had in a while.
One to look out for the future. Hopefully it'll be noticed more as it deserves to be busier!
Cheap lunch!. I wasnt sure about this place as found the name "canteen" a bit off puttin - how wrong was I...... went in for lunch today which was cheap as chips with maincourses pretty much all at £4 but the food was brilliant - with dead quick service, lovin the Lucky 7!
Great!. Went in here last night purely by chance, but really glad we did! had a great meal and the food was great - really filling but superb value for money. staff were efficent and freindly -dont think it will be long before we are back.
Odds and Ends. Don't be put off with the miss matched glasses and condiments, ripped wall paper and dark lighting. This is a unique place to eat in Glasgow and the food is fantastic, esp the seabass and very friendly staff.
Well worth a look!
Do love this place great food and service, Its a quirky place that gets it for all age groups. If could give this place a 7 would give lucky 7. prices are good, ideal for group nights out. if your visiting the city pop in check it out
This place is a little off the beaten track, which meant it was quiet when we arrived for lunch. It's a bit quirky in terms of style, but very modern and fashionable.
The food was reasonably priced, and delicious. The waiter was friendly and chatty, though there were only a couple of other people in the place, so he wasn't rushed.
With a better location, this place would be packed. So, grab it while you can and while it's still quiet!
Really busy on a Saturday night and there was only two members of staff behind the bar so we waited a while to be served. But once we had been served the cocktails were great! Looking at the menu they seem to do really good deals on cocktails Monday-Thursday!
Just eaten here for the first time having stopped by for lunch.
Very authentic US cuisine and great quirky styled setting.
Very friendly and attentive staff , even catering for my sunflower allergy.
Would recommend to anyone nearby to drop in.
The food in here was amazing. We didn't stay long afterwards but that was just because we wanted to try out some of the other places nearby. I didn't like the high seats and the music was a bit loud but the staff were nice and (as I said) the food was great.
Love this place, recently especially. Fun music and delicious cocktails
Good atmosphere and good service. Food was ok, portions were on the small side.
Chilled, plenty of seating, bar staff friendly and price's typical for city centre. Benches or booths. Music modern with DJ in attendance at weekends. Appears to offer private dining at rear.
I've only been here a couple of times for drinks. Cocktail selection wasn't great, and didn't seem to have many staff on, so service was a bit slow. However it's a quirky cool relaxed atmosphere.
Gavin was so helpful, made some of the tastiest cocktails ive ever had the pleasure of drinking in my entire LIFE! He had amazing chat as well! Made my day! Give this boy a raise!
