We went today to try something different. Staff were friendly. Food was very nice & presentation was lovely. The warm bread was tasty. The Turkish tea & dessert was the best. The owner was friendly and very welcoming. It's a shame about the location, you would miss it if you haven't heard about it. Try it if you want to get away from the busy restaurants on Buchanan Street. Great value for money too.

We were visiting Glasglow and were looking for some Turkish cuisine. This was our finest meal in Scotland! Unbelievable delicious and filling meals at a very reasonable cost. The service was fantastic and such a lovely family owned restaurant. If I lived in Glasglow this would be a regular spot. Amazing place!!!!

Service, Experience, Food. You get the full package for a great price. Me and a friend were looking for a good spot for grills then I remembered that AGA was a place I'd been meaning to try for a long while. And while the look from the outside can be deceiving (being above a chippy) I wasn't disappointed. Firstly, the interior design fits perfectly with the Turkish cuisine and is highly cultural, all adding to the experience. We were greeted in a welcoming fashion and that welcoming feel was the norm for the entirety of our meal. We ordered the mixed grill for 2 which comprised of 3 courses and it was absolutely top quality food. Absolutely worth every penny. If you want a good grill, this is one of the best spots in the city. I feel it's extremely underrated. You should go give it a try next time.you're in the centre.

This place deserves more recognition than it gets. Great food and service for affordable price. It's easy to miss the modest entrance with a flight of stairs that takes you to first floor where the well laid out, spacious restaurant is. The food tastes really good. Staff are very courteous and will attend to all your needs. Definitely worth giving it a try if you are out and about in Buchanan Street, George Square or Queen Street station. They do cheap Lunch and pre-theatre deals perfect for students especially!

Delicious food and the nicest staff of any restaurant I've been to. Our host was friendly, warm, gracious, and the chef came out to speak to the diners individualky after our meals. Really delicious food, generous portions, and I recommend the Turkish Tea as well! Looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I happened upon this wee gem of a restaurant today when looking for lunch. When entering the restaurant we were met by a very friendly host and sat down at a lovely booth overlooking the street. We were presented with beautiful warm bread, olives and a spiced butter. We had choose the 2 course meal deal for an amazing £4.99 per person. Our starters arrived promptly and were quickly devoured as they were exquisite and so fresh. Our large main meals were cooked to perfection and the chickens and lamb shish were moist and delicious, while the salads were packed with flavour and refreshing. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and experience and will definitely be back.

Very good food and lunch menu at just £4.99 for two courses. Quality is excellent. Only issue is that the service is slow as they aren't that busy to afford to hire more waiters. But if your up for the wait you won't get anything better at this price point.

Hidden gem in the heart of the city. Delicious, authentic Mediterranean food. Lots of choices, and all the dishes are full of flavour. It's not a fancy restaurant inside, but who cares when the food taste this good.
