We went for afternoon tea. It was fantastic! My family is from Italy and I am always hesitant about trying Italian restaurants but the food was great. It was probably the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had. It was very filling as well. I cannot wait to return for dinner!

In for afternoon tea, great service, lovely venue, helpful friendly staff, the food itself was nothing special though, make sure you’ve had breakfast because you don’t get much.

Just had afternoon tea courtesy of my lovely daughter as part of my Christmas present. I can honestly say it was the best afternoon tea EVER! My preference is for savoury ahead of sweet and this definitely hit the spot. Happy to recommend.

Excellent service, food and dining experience, lady singer was very good and added to the experience. For an honest review I would have to say the portion size for the slow cooked beef was really disappointing especially since it was so tasty, although my wife’s Zita Pasta portion was adequate.

Went for afternoon tea here yesterday, was very good! When arriving at Dimora and being presented with the afternoon tea dishes I soon realised that I couldn't eat some of the sandwiches (being 24 weeks pregnant) we said to the waitress about it and said we didn't think about this prior. She was so understanding and spoke to the chef who whipped up an amazing selection of sandwiches and deserts for me to eat which were safe! This was all thrown on them last min and the catered for me excellently without fuss! (Fully aware they didn't have to do this as I know other places wouldn't be so understanding!) Hats off to the chef for this and also the waitress, greatly appreciated!! Hope they/their bosses see this so they get recognition! Will definetly be back and recommend to anyone!

First time visit via groupon - Won't be the last! We were given a gift for afternoon tea and selected our slot on the Groupon website easily. We walked from our house today to the restaurant which was just over 2 miles which helped us work up an appetite ( I also didn't want to drive as Prosecco was included!) The outside of the restaurant is fairly unassuming and when we went to the entrance I wasn't even sure it was open but after tentatively trying the handle we gained entry and were greeted warmly by the staff. There were only a few folk in and we had a nice table near the window. We were presented with two glasses of Prosecco which tasted crisp, clean and very palatable. The food was delicious and the portions and quantity were similar to Tapas. The variety and taste were top notch and we enjoyed all three courses. The staff were attentive but unobtrusive (Ideal). After our coffees we left happy and full with a pleasant walk back to our house in this unseasonably (for Scotland) good weather. Recommended

We bought an itison deal for here, two course and glass of wine for 2. Lovely decor inside. The staff were polite and friendly. The starters were tasty. We had the mussels and another dish with anchovies. The pizza and pasta for the main course were ok. We found the sausage through the meals to be a little tough with a couple of small pieces of bone. The pizza had a lot of dough around the edge and was alittle difficult to cut. Would we return?... I think we'd rather go elsewhere.

My family, 6 adults and 2 children had a super lunch here. We are food from the a la carte menu. Everything was delicious. Beautifull presented food. Service was good but no one hurried us which was lovely as we had plenty time to enjoy the meal and catch up on family news. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
