Quite a posh venue, but if like myself u think posh isnt a welcoming thing, you're not made to feel out of place. Nothing awkward about being here. Nice staff, lovely decor.

I was here for a conference and didn't use the spa or eat in the restaurant. The conference facilities worked really well. Good quality projection and audio facilities and support. There is Wi-Fi provided but that could be more secure. The catering was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Came here for a full body today (3rd in a week after coming home from holiday)
Carolina(sorry if wrong name) was amazing.
Very professional and knew when to dig in with pressure. Left feeling relaxed although sad it was only an hour could have stayed there all day. Will definitely be back. Could be our new monthly massage spot.

Excellent venue for a party. The food was of good standard. Considering we had over 200 guests. Staff are good and were attentitive.

I visited as part of a two day conference held in the building. The buildings staff were always in sharp dress uniform, very polite and helpful. The teas, coffees and cakes were delicious. Even the toilets were at a superb standard, however it was a little difficult to spot the difference between male and female toilets.
I look forward to visiting again.

Had my sisters bridal shower here.. they were very helpful and great at communicating. The afternoon tea can deifnately be bettee but otherwise it was a great day
