The food was amazing, the prosecco was chilled and so was I, I had a makeover in M&S and I was feeling good. I think I was served by Agatha (if I misspelled apologies) and the lovely ladies thank you.

Great service and very nice food. The only problem is the atmosphere, as it is in a shopping centre, so it is open to shops, etc. But not much that can be done

Only marked down on atmosphere because it was freezing and I'm not very keen on the seating arrangement at the front of the restaurant. The service and food were both great, though.

This was the first time going to Prezzo and it was a pleasant experience. The service from the waiting staff was on point. I would recommend the calzone as this was a big helping. My partner had the pasta which she enjoyed. We had deserts also but I thought they where not worth the quite expensive price as the helpings where small. Coffee and mozzarella bites where good. The only downside for me is the location of this branch as its overlooked by a large part of the upper food court. If you have Meerkat/taste card then they do the 2 for 1 on food on main menu.

I had lunch here today with my Daughter and Granddaughters.
The staff were very friendly and attentive.
Our food was served quickly and tasted really good.
Lovely relaxed surroundings for a nice family get together.
