Visited here for an early dinner using a groupon voucher ,we were met by Kirsty as soon as we arrived ,the restaurant was quite quiet and we were settled in to a nice table we were given plenty of time to choose our food the service was relaxed and friendly, I chose calamari to start my husband opted for southern fried chicken strips both were very tasty ,for mains he had a burger And chips also very tasty,and I had goats cheese salad which was fresh and delicious.we had a very nice meal and would like to thank Kirsty for her friendly and relaxed service ,we will be back soon
walked into frankie and benny s for an early dinner when on our vacation we all were starving and especially me , i was craving for good ribs and believe me these were the best ribs i ever had in a long time the ribs came in with some salad and chips and not a single spot of oil in it really impressed . My friends ordered chicken and bacon wrap and chicken burger both of them were highly satisfied with the quality of food and service not to forget very friendly and smiling .
Brilliant food keep it up and thank you ....we had a wonderful time .....
Top of the town. BBQ Chilli Wings are to die for & healthy portions of Veg & Potatoes with a Sausage supper are definately a Hit!!
Overall, the value, quantity and ok quality make this a decent place to visit. Service can be poor though in our experience. Been a few times when visiting the cinema nearby.

The burgers have a great taste, the chips are almost TGI Fridays/Burger King-esque, and are great. The garlic bread is a flat pizza bread and is ideal for sharing.
Service is always good here, very welcoming.
Situated in a very nice spot - can be nice for a night out with the partner (don't make it anything you want to be TOO romantic, though!) - but I usually come with my sister and her 3 children at lunch time. Also perfect for after the cinema/bowling, etc.
Go for it - not too much can go wrong in this kinda place.
I voted saying I liked F&B however I must say I felt it was almost a glorified macdonalds. Re food though was tastey and the service not bad. It's maybe more of a take the kids place rather than a date night!! Perhaps that's why it's always situated beside cinemas etc!!
We ordered a pepperoni pizza and grilled chicken. Pizza was worth but chicken was not so good. Service was amazing. A smiling staff is always welcoming. Looking forward to go again.
Always a pleasure to come here for dinner after cinema. Staff are friendly, polite and genuinely care about your needs.
Toilets on the other hand, are freezing and a mess, needs a much needed update!
Amazing service and the food ... wow. We were 3 guys and took the family deal, let just tell you there is food in that deal for 4-5 ppl :)

Only ever been for breakfast and today was no exception. Can't fault the staff or the food one iota. The big breakfast is big and reasonably priced. In fact, I like that the family feel does extend from the prices and the menu selection to the decor. Bringing the Italian-American diner style does look authentic and is backed up by the aforementioned price and staff. It really does bring the best of the wholesome American image we've all been sold but have grown cynical towards. Not so with Frankie and Benny's. This is the third branch I've been to and the level of service and quality of food has been the same. High and reasonable.

My youngest son has autism and needs the same table every time we go. They are always happy to accommodate this. And the food is great. Large portions, though, so we skip lunch on days we are going here.
We came in close to closing time so only pizza and pasta available. Hearty portions and just hit the spot, so to speak. Alcoholic beverages are available but we chose to have only water. Obviously it was quiet as it was late on a weeknight. Staff were friendly and accommodating considering we were there when they were commencing clean up.
Love this restaurant. Come here every week. Food and staff are amazing. Caring, considerate and friendly. Cathy our waitress was absolutely brilliant but so are all the staff. Treat us like family with kindness and hospitality.
