I hate leaving reviews but these guys are too good not to. The only bao buns I've ever enjoyed. Get the cucumbers, just dae it. Staff class, food unreal.

Nanika secured my positive review the old fashioned way - through an exchange of money that I earned for very good food that they made. I recommend that you try the celery side dish which is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten.

Glasgow's newest taste sensation! The sheer saltiness and spiciness of the salt and pepper aubergines are enough to keep you thinking about them for weeks after, and the buns are so mouth wateringly delicious that I'm not sure I'll ever eat anything that tasty ever again. Friendly and efficient and such a cute little place it brings a much needed sparkle to this end of Victoria Rd. Especially on a dark and dreary evening. Be prepared to wait, either in the sun/rain or the Star Bar (they'll give you a walkie talkie to let you know when your table is ready) or send a txt to queue yourself up! Another jewel in the Glasgow's crown of independent foodery.

Only found out about this place recently and what a gem it is! 2nd weekend in a row getting take out, i've had my fair share of Asian delicacies around the city and this has shot to the top and is one of my new faves. Bao buns are tasty AF, salt and pepper aubergines are divine, katsu is yummy and the red Thai chicken curry is heavenly!!! Love a bit of kimchi and this has to be the best I've tasted outside of South Korea. Delicious food, great prices and friendly staff. Defo worth a visit 👌 xx

I'd eat here every day man. House kimchi was pretty incredible, so was the salt n chilli aubergine, blown away by how mad tasty they both were. Katsu was great and the bao buns were epic. Easily the best bao I've had in Glasgow.

Currently my favourite restaurant in Glasgow, despite their adaptation to a takeaway only service. What these guys manage to knock out in a kitchen the size of small shed is incredible. The handling of complex flavours, with an Asian influence is absolutely phenomenal. If you want something predictable, plain and boring, go elsewhere. But if you want something that might just blow your mind, Nanika is the place. Don't miss: black pudding bun with pineapple (sounds strange...tastes AMAZING), the fried chicken bun with sriracha mayo.

Delicious. Have been meaning to go here for ages. Covid so take out only, but food was awesome still. Had the Katsu, Thai Pulled Pork, cucumber, celery, and a pork belly bun. Will be back 👍

Been meaning to get myself over for a bite for a while now. Picked up the jackfruit curry...was ready to go super quick and my oh my that was seriously delicious. Some seriously sensational flavours in that bad boy with the perfect kick of chilli to send the endorphins into a frenzy...couldn’t get enough!! Will most definitely be making my way through the veg menu - kudos to the chefs. 😋👍

I can honestly say this is in my top 5 favourite Glasgow restaurants. I absolutely love it. Food is delicious, comes out quick and it literally makes me feel happy. I come here at least 3 times a month. Not expensive at all. I'm also allergic to nuts and have had absolutely no problems with anything - just need to avoid obvious nutty dishes. The XO pork ramen or Thai Pulled pork salad, the Fried Chicken bun or black pudding bun & the prawn fries are my go to ditches. (sorry if I've got the name of the dishes wrong - I tried) The restaurant is small, but if you're like me and socially awkward - the food comes quick enough that I've rarely ever had to share a table with another 2 people... Not that people aren't nice, I just don't want to stare into a strangers eyes while sucking a noodle.

A long time favourite. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it’s still impossible to decide when I order cause I just love EVERYTHING! The place is super cosy, prepare to share a table with strangers, it all adds up to the atmosphere. And can’t go wrong with bringing your own wine with corkage priced at a mere £2.50.
