**Under New Management** A beautiful, wonderful, fresh & extremely welcoming bar. The food is absolutely delicious. Live music, singers, free Gin tasting nights, psychic nights & more. I am not from the area & felt so welcomed and the manager personally introduced herself which was lovely.

The steak pie with mash & a jug of gravy was really tasty & melted in your mouth, the mixed grill was cooked to perfection, the manageress Liz is a really friendly lady, we used to eat at the Barrachnie on a regular basis, but stopped going a couple of years ago, but we will definitely be going back again.

We popped in today and had lentil soup & chunky bread and Steak pie,veg ,mash and a wee jug gravy..both dishes were luvly. Liz introduced herself and told us what the specials of the were. Staff attentive and luvly too..We will be back.. well done Barrachnie Inn xx

Went for lunch and the staff member Liz who looked after us was fabulous couldn't have asked for a better service. Steak pie was am amazing best I've had. Would highly recommend this place. Gina and $haron

After working about 12 days in a row I was looking to relax and play some pool and have a catch up with my father in law.
A few pints of Stella and a couple of halfs was just what the doctor ordered.
Friendly staff, nice and quiet (late Tuesday afternoon) and reasonable prices.
Drops one star as the pool table had a VERY noticeable roll and the chalk was like a cement brick.... minor I know but annoying nonetheless.
