Mamafubu Pan Asian Bistro

I ordered via deliver and was pleasantly surprised! Having never eaten here before I picked it as I really fancied noodles! Their beef ho fun was great, although could have used a small splash of soy - thankfully I had some dumpling sauce from the pork potstickers. My husband had the prawn sweet and sour with fried rice. We'll come in and have dinner in the restaurant next time! :)

This place describes itself as Pan Asian but probably more Chinese influenced than any other Asian culture, that's not necessarily a bad thing. A smart exterior is complemented by the equally smart interior. The service was good although slightly slow but this can be excused since the restaurant was quite busy. The food was good I had chilli squid and Thai chilli chicken , probably not spicy enough for my palate. The prices I thought were very reasonable

Called in as I was passing and menu looked appetising. Order was taken quickly, and food was delivered to the table nearly as quickly and steaming hot (literally). The hot and sour soup was a good mainstream version. Personally I would have liked a bit more chilli, but it still made my nose run so definitely not bland! The rice was slightly overcooked and stodgy but was perfect for soaking up the black bean sauce.

Great tasty food, not the usual type of British Chinese food you get at most places. Only criticism is that they brought one starter and then about 20 mins later the next starter came along with the main courses, was abit odd in the timings between courses. However that didn't put us off, very much enjoyed our meal

I had a terrific meal here while out with friends. Varied menu with options to satisfy all palates. Good selection of beers and cocktails to accompany your choice of food. I had a bento box. Well balanced selection including meat, pickles and rice all very well seasoned. Crispy squid was also delicious.
