It is strange to order and pay in advance at the entrance but the service is nice and the staff friendly and well organised. The food and shishas are well done.

Velvet Lounge is the premier place to be for the best shisha in town. I'm not a big shisha smoker, but the shisha here, was smoooooth! Make sure to order the pot of chai - each one is freshly prepared. The Atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, there is tons of space for any size of group. The staff is patient and ensures you're having the best experience possible.

I visited here from london. I received good service and was happy with the drink and shisha I purchased. They do not offer food but provided me with an option to order from outside. Overall the place was clean and well kept.

I've never seen such a amazing hookah bar like that. The service is perfect. They are soo nice and polite👍🏼 If you are in Glasgow, you definitly have to go to this place. There aren't any hookah bars in germany like that. They did a pretty good job👍🏼
