Male staff member was really rude - he made me the wrong drink and when I politely pointed this out he got all huffy and insisted I had ordered the drink he made (I have never ordered a mocha in my life lol). I'm a barista too and mistakes happen sometimes but blaming the customer for it is so unnecessary!
