First of all i’m shocked at some of the reviews on here because I genuinely think it’s a brilliant chippy. I’ve always found the food from here very good and tasty. I worked in a chippy for years so I can tell when stuff isn’t fresh, never had an issue with the freshness or quality. We regularly get a pizza and a sausage supper as a Friday night treat & no complaints.

Heard a lot about this chippy and gave it a try as an Easter treat. The order arrived within the allotted time and the portion of fish supper was excellent and tasted delicious with the gravy poured over it. I would definitely recommend Gennaros to anyone looking for a fantastic fish supper.

I've been coming up here since the 90's from West London.. I always pop in before I head back down south. Nostalgia, good banter from the guvnor (not seen him in a while, top fella) and great food.. Fish supper to king rib, pizza crunch drowned in salt and vinegar and the roll and fritter.. beautiful. Unfortunately, last week's visit was a slight letdown as the chips didn't taste fresh cut but from a packet, and not completely cooked through. Everything else was on point as usual. The lovely lady allowed us to eat our lunch in the shop.
