Ordered a large watermelon refresher and the cup was 1/4th empty. And you have to wait long, even though I ordered online and reached there on time. Also they didn’t have half the items I ordered.

Typical costa: comforting to know their service standards are the same wherever you go. Friendly staff. Toilets need cleaning though

Staff are nice and welcoming. Place is clean. My tomatoes and mozzarella panini was good and so was my americano.

The coffee here is the more expensive than other brands (Pret, Nero), but I wouldn't say the taste is better. I usually order Regular Latte and I will 4 stars as it's not that nice taste. Sometimes the taste is awful I guess because of the different baristas. I like the new cup though
