Outstanding customer service - I bought a Wilfa coffee grinder from Dear Green over three years ago. I started having some problems with it so I contacted the team for help, after a bit of troubleshooting they couldn't fix it so they quickly organised a replacement to be sent to me from the manufacturer and I had it within a few days. Thank you for being so helpful and efficient!

It was absolutely amazing to work with Dear Green. My husband and I love coffee and wanted to create a special blend for our wedding guests, as door gifts. Kyle was really helpful in helping us create a blend that we liked, designing the label and delivering everything on time. I love that Dear Green is B corp certified, which is really important to me. Arrived in Glasgow with no coffee after forgetting to pack my favourite coffee beans. Panic 😱, well not quite. Did a quick Google search and found this local Roaster. And wow their coffee is amazing, as soon as I picked up the coffee I knew It was quality as the aroma from the bag was intoxicating, I couldn’t wait to get back and get the kettle on. Also, the ppl there were very pleasant and very helpful. Thanks Dear Green, I will defo be ordering from yous again 🙏👍🏼

We have used Dear Green for a while now and the lovely folks and beans never disappoint! There was a little mix up with one of our orders recently and before I could send it back we ended up housebound. I emailed just to let them know there would be a delay in getting the return to them and in turn they’ve assured us not to worry and they will get our replacement sent out pronto! Fantastic coffee and incredible service, couldn’t recommend enough.
