Had a lovely birthday lunch here today. The lady who was serving us was brilliant, really patient and nothing was too much trouble. The food was diner/italian style. There is a lunch menu that's £6.99 for 1 course £9.99 for 2 and £11.99 for 3. There is quite a variety on this too, so it's not limited like other promotional menus can be. One of our party was vegan and one was a toddler and there was plenty of options for them.(a lot of the kids menu is offered as vegan too) the food was tasty and portion size was decent. Good value for money.
There was lots of seating available and the parking in the retail park itself is free and generally always spaces.(just maybe not right outside but the walkway is covered if you have to walk). All in all a great birthday lunch!

Fantastic!!! Anna, who served us could not have done a better job. We eat out regularly in very large groups but have never received such great and efficient service!!! We will all definitely be back on a regular basis. The food was excellent as well 👍
I decided to take the family to Frankie and Benny's. We were at the retail park in bishopbriggs and decided to use this branch. When entering the restaurant we were greeted by a lady Ellen. She introduced herself and showed us to a table for 5. Gave us time to get sorted as I had my son with me to so take me a little bit longer. Our time in the restaurant was great drinks were on table within a few minutes of us settling in. Food wasn't far behind it. It was a great meal and we all emptied our plates. Even my son whom is a fussy eater. I would highly recommend this to family and friends.
It was my Granddaughter's birthday on the 11th and 6 of us were going for dinner, 3 Adults and 3 children. Our server was Ellen and she just couldn't do enough for us and very helpful with the girls choice of menu, nothing was a bother for her with 3 very excited girls. They even made my Granddaughters birthday for her when they brought her cake out and played Happy Birthday for her. Thank u Frankieandbennys for the lovely food we had, portion were great size good value for money.

We both loved our meal here. I had the chicken & ribs and my co-diner had the half chicken. There were less Fries than at any other F&B's I've been to, and they were less crispy too, but it's my favourite F&Bs now, certainly better than my nearest F&Bs at Silverburn, Glasgow.
Update: Was here on 26/03/2018 and got their supposed giant mixed grill. Thank goodness I had a 50% Off Mains voucher because I wouldn't have been happy paying £20 for the amount of 'mixed grill' (see photo) one gets. It was cooked perfectly, tasted great and at £10 it was wonderful, it just wasn't, when compared to other places' mixed grills, £20 worth.
Tip: Don't buy Tea at F&Bs. I think we can all agree that £2.50 for a basic cup of tea is way over the top.

Was at bishopbriggs tonight was served by a lovely lady Ellen. Her service was amazing making sure we had what we needed. The delivery service of food was great. Wasn't a long wait and it was delicious. I even brought home a doggy bag of my carbonara lol. I would recommend to anyone.
Fantastic customer service from Steph, so friendly, pleasant and helpful, she tended to all our needs. Food was lovely and very fast service. Myself and my family will definitely be back :)

Visited Frankie and Benny's today using a Wowcher voucher. You could have 2 courses for 2 for £19.99. You could have a starter and main or a main and a dessert. I had the Bruschetta Napoli, it was 3 small pieces of Bruschetta with plenty topping. Tomato ( i felt was quite watery), red onion (which was very strong, and i'm now suffering with heartburn) and what ever other delights they put in it was ok. My husband had the Cheeseburger dough balls with a dipping sauce, he liked them even though there was more dough than filling. I then had the Classic burger, it was very nice, and had fried onions on top which were delicious. My husband had the New York Deli burger and he said it was very tasty. I think they could have given more fries than they did, it was a small portion but for the money i suppose it was ok 👍 The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and attentive but best of all was the music, it was brilliant today. Took me back to my school days and brought back some great memories 😊 thanks for that.
Had a lovely meal at your Bishopbriggs restaurant today. Our waiters name was Carmine , he was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again and will be recommending to my family and friends.
