If I could give - stars I would. Honestly the worst customer service in the world both women in the shop have a serious attitude problem and clearly need staff. The food isn't even warm or cooked properly when arrived. Today I waited from 7pm for my kids dinner it arrived at half past 9. So it been sent back and thats not the first ive heard about late deliveries and the food not being warm. Yous seriously need to think about quiting while ur ahead

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered at 7pm didn't arrived till 9pm. Rang twice to see where my food was, had a young woman answer and say it was quite busy but food is on its way now, was barely interested at all on the phone as well. Rang back an hour later to see again where my food was another woman answered and said it had just been made and the reason why it was late was because the computer since hadn't processed it through. Obviously lying as they've obviously forgot about the order. When food arrived, food was barely lukewarm. The black pudding was like eating cardboard. I would definitely recommend ordering else where as they obviously don't have a clue how to run a delivery service or a chippy. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered at 7 o’clock, came at 8. Order was wrong so called straight away to resolve the issue. Young rude girl first on the phone clearly no interest in helping and was insisting it was my fault for the order being wrong due to a muck up on their system? Told them I was happy to send a screenshot of my order to an email or number as otherwise I was being made out to be a lair over what I ordered? Told to email the manger and I would be resolved right away. Called back at half 8 as still not heard a thing to be on the phone to another guy who had no idea of the matter & the same attitude as the first girl. Finally got on the phone to a manger who wasn’t sympathetic in anyway and seemed pretty unbothered by the situation. Then he was trying to end the call saying he’d contact just eat for my refund when I’ve been asking for half an hour to get the pizza I had ordered an hour n a half ago sent out??? Finally was told I’d be sent out my pizza however usually most companies that make mistakes see to them as soon as they can as the customers already waited. However I called back at 9.30, 1 hour from last hearing from them and was rudely told that they have other orders what do I expect ? It’s now past 10pm and I’m still waiting to received my pizza? Even though I was told half an hour ago it already had left the shop!! The rest of the food received also was barely warm and clearly re heat’s. Horrific customer service!!!

I've had two awful experiences with here. First time the fish was dry and must have been from the day before, onion rings soggy, and I think they're cookie dough was genuine cookie dough - which risks giving you food poisoning and just tastes like flour - usually places sell a warm soft cookie as 'cookie dough' (much tastier and it's actually baked). Second time I ordered two milkshakes, waited an hour, said that they're Uber eats orders weren't going through despite telling me exactly what I ordered. Said they didn't have milk anyway and told me to sort it out with UberEats. Said it wouldn't go through as delivered anyway, however it did and I had to contact UberEats to get my money back. Awful awful awful. Avoid.

Used to love this place! Amazing food and lush ice cream! But the last few times we ordered it has definitely gone downhill! Last week we ordered off of just eat, ordered a combo pizza deal with sides and a supper. The food arrived 75 minutes later than scheduled delivery time, and it was stone cold. Called them up to complain, the manager agreed to remake the order and send out again. The next time it arrived it was missing the supper! They blamed the drivers for the messing up! I spoke to a lady the second time that said manager was busy and that they would send the supper ASAP! At this point we had ordered over 3 hours ago! When we opened the pizza box, the pizza was all bashed up an looked as if they had dropped the box! I spoke to the same lady again and she assured me that the manager would call me back to discuss, a week later, still no call? I’m not writing this review because I want something for free, but you need to understand that when you take people’s hard earned money and do not deliver, them you lose customers for life! It is plain and simply not right! I paid for a meal, and sent it back twice!!!! Due to your errors! And you don’t even have the decency to make things right? I’ve give you a week? Clearly too busy with your sarcastic remarks towards the reviews you are receiving of late! Rather focus on fixing the problems in your cafe and not taking people’s hard earned money!!’

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Food didn't arrive for over 2 hours and the manager was very rude and totally unhelpful. Food arrived cold and is mediocre at best. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else. In response to your response... Clearly there is another man working there that was claiming to be the manager after I asked to speak to one. Maybe if you are the real manager you should think about retraining this person to actually listen to your customers and maybe some basic customer service skills.

Absolute joke of an establishment. Never order from here. I accidentally paid twice for my order (once online and then again in cash when the delivery came) and it is clear the driver has just pocketed my money and kept quiet instead of doing the honest thing. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times to discuss but they want nothing to do with it. Tried to phone each night since this happened and each night I am told something different. At one point the restaurant said they would send someone out to give me a refund in cash but no one appeared. Tonight I was told by the manager he would give me a call back to help me out but as expected, no call back. Extremely let down and I would advise anyone to go elsewhere for their food, as there is no guarantee you won't be robbed if you do order from here!
