We go here once a week and have done for years, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the fish is always fresh, they also have a range of frozen products that are unavailable in the supermarket, great place hopefully it won't dissappear like some small business's.

Craig turned a potentially bad experience into a great one. I emailed on Monday asking when was the best day to place an online order for delivery for Christmas and got a response saying to place an order on Thursday for delivery on Friday. On Wednesday I looked at the website to choose my seafood, but the website was closed saying all deliveries were done for the year. I called the shop and was told the same, so when I mentioned that I had been told to place the order on Thursday, Craig helpfully said he could let me into the shop after hours on Thursday after I'd finished work to come and pick up my order. When I went in, Craig was so lovely and cheerful. Absolutely stellar service.

Well, I've known Fish Plaice for a long time. This is a seafood store like no other. I usually go every weekend. Efficiently run by the owners and their lovely staff, you can expect the freshest seafood and just about any fish or shellfish. You can imagine. It's worth it, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
