My favourite food, I always enjoy here. Only downfall was the children's play area being close by so got a bit noisey at times but not the restaurants fault. Staff were lovely and food promptly served. Hygiene excellent.
Very clean and tidy, feel very safe eating here. The new mobile ordering works well and we are able to apply our unidays discount with no hassle. I do wish there was more choice as some of my favourite dishes have been taken away, but that's understandable considering the pandemic. Hopefully they will be able to expand the menu again soon!
Main reason for 5 stars is the staff - person on the front desk was friendly and attentive and helped.me.out with mobility assistance. Chefs were always working hard. However the yo sushi experience itself isn't great - we had issues with the online ordering service where it just kept spinning at the payment screen. Portion sizes are small at yo sushi, and most of the food is prepared in advance, rather than made to order as far as I can tell. Pricing is high, and as it is just a sushi bar plonked in a shopping mall, so no atmosphere at all. Seating is very cramped.
So staff great, but YO itself needs to try harder.

Good food as always. Lovely staff. But a noisy experience in the open food court.
On a whim, I dropped in for early lunch to try what for me is a very new type of eating. Must admit I was drawn in by advertising that stated the menus had more non fish than fish dishes. I had no difficulty ordering from the menu, but was glad of a little help with questions about gluten free meals. All the staff we spoke to showed a good knowledge of their product, and their assurance of ingredients gave far more confidence in ordering than many other restaurants.
Food was very tasty any some dishes cooked fresh in the open kitchen with other dishes taken from the conveyor belt. Portions were ideal for me, but for younger people perhaps too small for western expectations. It was an expensive meal, but I think the quality was excellent.
Love yo sushi, everything is tasty. Wish I could afford to go more often.
I have actualy never sat in but i used the to good to go app and yo sushi is on there. Its a great service to stop food waste. A few times i have got this at the last minute as you can imagine it goes quickly. The food you get is fantastic and the staff have it ready for you. The staff are always happy to see you and chat away. My wife lovees sushi we realy need to make a point of going here but from what i have tried its amazing great selection.
