food was raw and refused to refund for this when i said don’t want replacement said they were too busy to bring a refund back even though i said fone your driver he has just left get him bring it back so only way to get this is if i go down to the shop due to them being busy

The workers wash there feet in the sink they do not wash counters they do not wear gloves when handling food they are always cheeky to members of public ive reported this shop to glasgow city council on several occasions due to there food and hygiene withing this food premise
