If you like traditional noodle dishes look no further. Simple spectacular. And hand made noodles are a thing of beauty

First time here, absolutely amazed! Service was very friendly and Watching the chef roll the dough and then cook the noodles fresh was great, and then the food itself. Wow! Massive portion and so tasty. I got the Shredded Cucumber & Carrot In Sesame Sauce with sliced noodles. Unreal, will definitely be back.

This place is another hidden gem in the city centre, specialising in specific types of northern Chinese noodles and dumplings. Personally, I prefer the sliced noodles but since going meat-free my choices are a little limited, doesn't stop me from returning though.
There aren't many seats, and given the type of dishes I wouldn't recommend take-away either.

Easily one of my favourite noodle places. The noodles are always freshly handmade and the soup comes nice and hot. The boss is friendly too. Definitely recommend.

My friend brought me here where the chef will make the fresh noodles which is so authentic and delicious when served. dumpling is a star for me
The noodle and wanton together in a same bowl might be too much to finish.
They have a vegetable side bar ( seaweeds, nuts or bean sprouts etc.) to get which I quite enjoy to combine the flavour.
Cash only and it can be crowded during lunchtime

HAND-PULLED NOODLES
This place was amazing! Only had time for a quick lunch but the dishes I tasted were awesome. I got the chicken stir fry and was able to have some of the beef brisket noodle soup.
Both were a good sized portion and very filling. The beef brisket noodles were fantastic. Great deep and rich broth and the meat was lovely and tender.
This place is cash only by the way but there is an ATM close by.

The noodles (I got pork with noodles in broth) were amazing, and I loved watching the chef hand pull them behind the counter. The place is small but cute and had an authentic Chinese, family run feel to it. I only speak English but the staff were lovely to me and helped me, and the server could speak English and helped me out

Such a cool place for authentic Chinese hand-pulled noodles! Great menu with a big range of dishes; casseroles, dumplings, rice dishes, and of couse their specialty noodles. You can choose thick or thin noodles and they are made fresh in front of you. The beef shin broth was simple but tasty. No alcohol but they have interesting imported soft drinks. Prices from around £8

Amazing authentic restaurant. You can watch the noodles being made and all the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious! All of the dishes we ordered had the choice of Pork, beef or vegetarian.

Authentic Chinese hand pull noodles!
Came get a few times already cuz the noodles are just too good, you can see the chef makes his hand pull noodles in the back!
The beef brisket noodles are always 10/10, I always adds an egg in there as well! The wonton noodle is my friends favourite, he loves the soup as well😄! Soup dumplings are great, the cold dishes salad is definitely a great starter. Besides, really good price for the portion.
The service is lovely, very welcoming. Definitely recommend this gem to all noodles lover, will certainly come back to try more things!
Edit: came back last week to try 冒菜(a variety of meet and veggies in a spicy broth), it was so good, very spicy and huge portions!
