Customer service was exceptional, we were talking to a staff member who I’m sure goes by the name Gary. He was the kindest man ever with a positive attitude, need more people like him!
In the main food is good and warm only gripe is chips have had to be returned the last two visits as they were cold however staff on the floor very helpful and replaced them immediately for nice hot chip's which was much appreciated.
Useless to order a mcdelivery as no matter what time or what day you order it, they are always missing items. And on top of that, they have the cheek to say we are a busy restaurant. With this attitude and customer service you’ll not be busy for too long. No refunds for missing items. Absolute joke
When we arrived, there were no clean tables available. I finally found a seat. While waiting for my food, I took a picture. Another one, almost 15 minutes later, when I was leaving, showed no one cleaning the tables. The toilet was brig and stinky. Hire someone else to clean.
Drive through queue stalled for what must have need 10 minutes. Burger ok, but fries cold and undercooked.
Toilets are absolutely disgusting. Just eat drivers all piling in past waiting children. Food was served in a tray, given no cutlery, went and retrieved from the counter, given no balsamic dressing - gave up and ate it without. Chips are …
