The bus station was generally satisfactory, although it could be slightly perplexing due to the multitude of buses, making navigation a bit challenging. However, once I managed to find my way around, I thoroughly enjoyed the journey.

A woman with brown hair served me at the ticket office. She was very helpful and accommodating. I'm Autistic and quite prone to being stressed on journeys. Made the whole experience so much easier.

I went there this evening as all the trains to Carlisle had been cancelled.
I spoke to a girl called Sarah, she was really helpful and pleasant even though they had just that minute closed for the evening, I’m very grateful she took the time and helped me book a ticket for the National Express, she was so patient and which was needed as I was so anxious, I even forgot my own phone number! Which I needed for the ticket.
10/10 for customer service 😀

There is an amazing lady on shift tonight 08/09/2022 who works for SPT she has blonde hair and glasses and is the most kind and caring lady I have ever met in my life what a credit she is to SPT she has gone out of her way to help everyone tonight and even when it's been busy or a bit of a tricky situation she's kept calm, cool, collected and has just been absolutely wonderful to everyone she's communicated with. Thought I would feel vulnerable in a city I've never visited waiting for the bus late at night but I couldn't feel any safer knowing this lady is here.

When we were there the shops were closed , so make sure you stock up on food and drink before. The stations very clean and well maintained.

Great to arrive back into Glasgow after Megabus from London overnight. Breakfast in Greggs' everything bright and clean and of course a warm Glasgow Welcome from everyone there. Great to be home

Extremely organised and efficient. Its a good place to start a green travel adventure in Scotland. Pick up a Gregg's, and off you go!
And of course if you want to shop, John Lewis is just opposite.
