Super thin base, hardly any toppings or cheese. Won't be ordering from this branch again. Tuna pizza large had less than a teaspoon of tuna. For the price for this pizza even with discount its just not worth it! Will stick to another well known franchise.

TL;DR. Avoid, no quality control and don't listen to customer feedback.
We just ordered two pizzas. The one pictured was so over fired the base crumbles like a digestive and is extremely unpleasant. The pepperoni is totally overcooked and dry. The other was underdone with the cheese only just melted and no colour/browning at all. We called them up to give feed back on the poor quality of the food and were told that, and I'm not joking here, the food can't be over done or under done as it all goes in for a fixed time. There is clearly no quality control or accountability to speak of. This place has been hit and miss since it opened, but this is the last straw. I'd recommend anyone to go to Battlefield Dominoes if they can. They were consistently great, It's just annoying we can't get delivery here any more from them since these cowboys have opened up closer to our address.

Shocking service! The apparent manager Harris!! It is my birthday and my boyfriends mum had organized a wee get together for me. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides and not only did they not send out a gluten free pizza they sent out the wrong pizza and two wrong sides. Harris then followed up with they would sort it and send out another order(correct order) after saying a refund wasn’t possible. After an hour we called back and Harris told us ‘no we never sent it out’ (acting clueless). He then argued with no manners at all. No apology for a possible allergic reaction due to carelessness over a gluten free pizza! No apology for the wrong order! No apology for the wait! We then asked for a refund again and the guy replied he can’t so we asked the options and we were told ‘it’s up to you’. We then finally got told we can actually be refunded now. My boyfriends mum therefore asked if the service is usually like this and Harris followed that up with I am not answering anymore questions I have dealt with you!!
We would be nothing but understanding if it was a busy night and they were accommodating to our complaints!
So all together is this the normal customer service dominos pizza offer?

We have been using this Dominos for years. They used to be Okay, but their standards have been seriously slipping of late !
Wife and daughter ordered a half & half pizza and the Margarita half had very little cheese on it(as can be seen in pic)!
On top of that delivery was late and pizza was stone cold. Phoned to complain and was told “Some people like the pizza that way” ..........Really?

The toppings are under cooked , it looks like some throw up the pepper are deformed by far the worst pizza I had not even finished half is it. Definitely do not recommend. Potatoe wedges are under cooked

Pizza was ready for a while but hadn't been collected by a driver. So I called the shop to ask regarding the delivery and to mention that since its been made for a while it will be cold by now and if they could make sure I dont get a cold pizza picked up for delivery. Alisha on the other end replied with a quick "It will be hot" which of course upon delivery it was not. Waste of money and time.
Giving it two stars because they atleast picked the phone up.

Warning for fraud! You took down my order over the phone and even took my payment but never delivered the pizzas. What's worse - you have no log of my order nor my payment. You've been refusing to refund me. My bank has confirmed that my payment went to you. Your Customer Service Team is hopeless. I've spoken with the police and my case is reported to Glasgow Trading Standards. You have breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have 14 days to respond i.e. to refund me. Otherwise you'll have Trading Standards after you. If you don't refund me within 30 days, my bank will be taking a legal action against you. Do the right thing!! Shut down if you don't know how to do business.

unbelievable excuse 3 hour late because we are very bizzy
and when you go to collect the delivery all is finding the order because pizza was lost atlast they find it in one corner of the shelf our order and it was cold
they cant do any thing because it was too bizzy
