Anna is an absolute legend. We turned up right on 9am to order 28 subs for an asap order for clients who were leaving at 10am prompt. Our server Anna was on herself but was amazing. She got straight to work making everything as fast as she could knowing our time constraints. While making each sub presentable and proper. Although rushed of her feet with a que forming. Anna was still able to work with a smile and be very pleasant at the same time. Anna was able to get our order done in great time and we were able to get it to our clients before they left. We cant thank Anna enough for her amazing service and hope this doesn’t go unnoticed with her bosses as she certainly stepped up and saved the day for us. Cheers Anna. 10/10.

2nd review After my not so great experience at this shop last week and my subsequent complaint, I was phoned by the manager Tirath who apologised on behalf of her employee and offered me compensation. I went there again today. My experience of this shop today could not have been more different. It was lunchtime and the shop was busy but both Tirath and Kash came over and apologised again to me. Both were very pleasant and the opposite of the employee last week. Tirath explained that she had disciplined the employee and apologised several times. She offered to compensate me with the same meal as last week. The shop by this time was extremely busy but she took me to the side and prepared the order herself. Maybe last week the employee was just having an off day and I normally avoid businesses who have such employees because these businesses don't deserve my hard earned money. After my good experience today, I will probably be back whenever I am passing by. Thank you Tirath and Kash for the speedy resolution to my complaint and also the free lunch.
